RTU 112345695 错误是什么错误？

modbus RTU 采集数据刚连接可以正常读取，过一会就报112345695错误，开发文档里也没有这个错误代码的说明......

0x01-“Illegal function”;
0x02-“Illegal data address”;
0x03-“Illegal data value”;
0x04-“Slave device or server failure”;
